– the principle
The Vertiform combines the benefits of a CNC-portal milling machine with a space saving conception of a panel saw.
With the newest generation of our Vertiform, different materials can be proceed with highest precision without any problems. All benefits of a CNC-portal milling machine of our Profi-Serie I are combined with the space saving concept of a panel saw.
This new opportunity to mill is especially interest for advertising technicans and plastic technicans.
With a milling speeds of 10m/min with plastics and until 4m/min with aluminium, you can create workpieces for lightning advertising and outdoor advertising structures in a very short time.
Especially with a serial production, this is a big benefit.

Vacuum table manufacture of cast aluminium. Because of the vacuum the material will be sucked in and prevented, that the building parts slip out of position during milling. The vacuum areas can be configurated by ball valves.
