These systems are completely designed, tested and manufactured in our own assembly hall.

Tool changer in the table

If there is a camera of Omron connected with the machine, the machine can recognize and process the fiducia marks.
Correction of axis
Our machines are measure with a calibrated measuring renishaw lasers before delivery. We also calibrate our machines on a very high precision of tolerance of +/- 0,05mm on 12m processing lenght.
No reference run
Valuable industrial servo systems of Beckhoff make a reference run with a extremly fast time redundant. The machine will be available directly after standby.
Monitoring and encoder controlled milling spindles
The output of the spindle is by under 10 %. If these will be over 100 %, the machine will cancel the process. The machine can be used after bug fixing at the point where the machine stopped before.
Correction of table height and workpiece
An exact measurement of the milling table is with a height button. A height divergence during the milling and height differences in the milling depth are calculated and corrected.
